From invitations to room set-up—we’ve got your celebration covered. Choose from three different party packages all including a private party room and special tour led by one of our Museum Discovery Guides. Add on balloons, food, and even a take home activity kit such as slime!
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final party balance is due 15 business days prior to the party. We suggest that you call and make your reservation at least 2 to 3 months in advance. At least two weeks’ notice is required to book a party and is subject to availability.
You may bring in cake, ice cream, drinks, goody bags, and a cooler with ice; the Museum does not allow outside food. We offer catering from our Fresh Café at an additional cost.

From pizzas to healthy fruit trays, we bring the best snacks and treats from our Fresh Café!
Our Party Host will be available with a cart 20 minutes prior to your designated start time to assist you and take you to your private party room. We do not have space to store any items earlier than 20 minutes before the party begins or any time after the party is scheduled to end.
Museum staff is not allowed to handle any food or drinks including passing plates to guests or cleaning up after the party. Also, unless you have ordered food from our Fresh Café, paper goods (plates, napkins, etc.) are not provided. We will cover all tables with plastic table covers and set up chairs for adults and children.
You are welcome to decorate as much as you'd like in your party room. Just keep in mind that you will only have 20 minutes prior to start time to decorate. Also, we ask that you limit decorations to table top pieces and balloons. We do not allow anything to be attached to party room walls, doors, or ceilings. We also do not allow piñatas, Silly String, or confetti.
Additional adults (ages 16+) with or without children are free, but we ask that you keep in mind that total room capacity is 40 guests.
Your package includes approximately one hour in a private party room. You can choose to add one of our fabulous activities with a take-home craft, bring in your own entertainer (with prior approval), eat cake and ice cream, or add on one of our healthy food options from our Fresh Café!
