Or perhaps you want to know how to lift yourself into the air or launch a rocket with only air? Come on in and check out tons of different projects, demonstrations, and experiments to help make you a science whiz!

We are building more 3D Virtual Field Trips and constantly updating the existing ones. Come back regularly to see what’s new!

for Educators

The 3D Virtual Field Trips provide a different avenue to explore a topics that normally would be fulfilled by a field experience at Children’s Museum Houston. Field Trips allow you and your students an immersive experience in a Museum gallery with videos produced and curated by the Museum’s educators that help explain topics and provide fun, hands-on activities that can be done in the classroom or at home for distance learners.

Our How Does It Work? 3D Virtual Field Trip’s videos and activities provide excellent hands-on interactions and explorations of TEKS-related content such as forces and motion, properties and transfer of energy, and Earth and space science.

Contact us for advice on creative ways to introduce a particular concept in your classroom or help in creating extension opportunities that give your students access to science beyond the classroom.
